Phkar Knhey Rice

Phkar Knhey Rice means “Ginger Rice” in English.  It is kind   of non-fragrant rice with long grain. It is 6- month crop which is usually cultivated in wet season from April to November. It has the most superior quality compared to the other white rice. This type of rice is so popular for high class Cambodians, and especially for high and medium class restaurants, hotels, food courts and so forth.
