Jasmine Rice  (in Khmer “ Phkar Malis Rice”):

Jasmine Rice, with natural aromatic flavor, is kind of fragrant one. It is  6-month crop which is generally grown in wet season. It is mainly harvested from October to December. The rich soil and environment where is most suitable for this variety production is Battambang province and its neighbors.
